Strategic Policy, Planning & Partnerships

It is important that South Australia begins to put systems in place that enable us to source, deliver, and manage environmental water to achieve ecological benefits to the highest priority sites including sites outside of the icon sites identified for the Living Murray.  This involves establishing overarching policy documents such as a strategic watering plan (in development), prioritising water annually through an annual watering plan process, and forming partnerships between the Board, industry, government, and community for the long-term management of sites.
