During 2006, the SA Murray-Darling Basin experienced serious drought conditions across the region. The impacts of this drought were felt by all aspects of the community within the SA Murray-Darling Basin region and those outside the region that rely on the regions natural resources.
For River Murray users, the drought conditions have continued into 2007 as the water resources throughout the Murray-Darling Basin continue to be at record low levels.
This webpage is part of the Board’s Drought Response and aims to provide up-to-date information on the conditions and support available during the current Drought.
